HUNTY is a platform that helps people find a job by connecting them with mentors who help them prepare for their job interviews, enhance their soft skills and improve their CVs and LinkedIn profiles. On average, people who use Hunty land a job in 45 days, and pay for their services only after they start working.
The startup was founded by Sebastian Caro, Valentina Smith, Francisco Camacho and Santiago Lafaurie, who identified that people in Colombia did not know how to look for a job. Within a year of its foundation, Hunty's team was composed of 150 employees, who had already helped more than 1,500 candidates find a job in more than 1,000 diferent companies.
The platform currently operates in Colombia and Mexico, and their aim is to expand soon into Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil. By 2028, their goal is to help up to 250,000 candidates per year to find a job.
